What a whirlwind the past few years have been. We will never forget the Covid years. The political climate remains (aggressively!) polarized. There's countless other things to keep track of daily. And, yet, most of us are just trying to live our lives, raise our kids, be kind to our neighbors, and be decent members of our respective communities.
And with that last bit at the forefront, there is plenty to be hopeful about.
I had the unique opportunity to spend the past two years embedded in the optical industry. It is a fascinating place. The field is one part health care, one part retail, and one part fashion. Lots of moving parts!
Now I'm on to the next experience. Where will life take me? I can't wait to find out!
